These terms govern your use of the Eldorin Online website, game and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.
Alpha test
The Service is in closed alpha. The game may be incomplete and buggy, servers may go down without notice, and characters, items and progress may be wiped. Taking part in the alpha depends on our team’s approval and may end at any time.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secret.
- Accounts are personal; they may not be sold, transferred or shared.
- Children under 13 may not create accounts; players under 18 need a parent’s permission.
Game rules
You agree to follow the game rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, real-money trading and behaviour that harms other players can lead to a temporary or permanent ban.
Virtual items and Eldorin Points
Items, gold and Eldorin Points (EP) in the game have no real-money value and are not your property; they are a limited licence to use the Service. They may be wiped during the alpha. There are no refunds except where the law requires them.
Intellectual property
All rights in the game, the site and their content belong to Eldorin Online. You may not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer them without permission.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outages, data loss or indirect damage.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms and will announce important changes on the site. We may close accounts that break them. To close your account, write to support@eldorinonline.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
