This notice explains how Eldorin Online processes the personal data of people who use its website and game, as required by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

What we process
- Account data: username, email address, a one-way hash of your password (the password itself is never stored), when the account was created and last used, email verification and alpha approval status.
- Session and security records: hashes of session keys, IP addresses (to limit login and registration attempts and stop abuse), bans and their reasons.
- Game data: characters, inventory, gold, quests, clan membership, item and trade logs, Eldorin Points (EP) balance and transactions.
- Communication: the verification codes and notices we email you.
- Bot protection: when the registration form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, your browser talks to Cloudflare’s verification service.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To open your account, run the game and deliver what you buy: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- To prevent cheating, fraud and attacks and to enforce the game rules: legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
- To meet our legal obligations: art. 5/2-ç.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It goes only to the infrastructure providers we need to run the service (hosting, email delivery, bot protection), and only as much as they need. Some of them may be outside Türkiye; such transfers follow KVKK art. 9.
How long we keep it
- Accounts that are never verified are deleted after 24 hours.
- Account data is kept while the account is open and, after it is closed, for the periods the law requires.
- Security and in-game transaction records are kept for a reasonable time to settle disputes and investigate cheating.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses one cookie for your language and your browser’s local storage to keep you logged in.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether we process your data, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Write to support@eldorinonline.com from the address on your account; we answer within 30 days.
